Born August 1, 1954 in Pekin to Charles W. and Eloise D. (Broome) Woodworth, he married Kathleen Ann McRae on May 12, 1984 in Pekin.  She survives.

Also surviving are two brothers, Jeff (Patty) Woodworth and Larry Woodworth, both of Pekin; and one sister, Mary Woodworth of Pekin.

His parents preceded him in death.

He was a 1972 graduate of Pekin Community High School.

Chuck worked for Velde Ford Sales in Pekin as a salesman from November 1991 until he last worked in November 2008.

He was a member of Pekin Moose Family Center #916 and Star Touring and Riding Association.  He attended Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin.

Chuck enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a Green Bay Packers fan.  He previously sang vocals in several area bands.

His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.  The Rev. Gary L. Ford will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin.
